Customer Service Agent January (German Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact as an Incentive Supporter: Supporting customers with different internal requests via phone and E-Mail Being responsible for the positive reputation of a major brand Acting in the interest of the customer and the company to resolve complaints mutually with a compromise Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are a native German Speaker with an English level of B1 or better You have a degree in the commercial field (clerk, assistant, etc.) - which can be either an apprenticeship or an university degree You feel comfortable advising customers on sensitive data Having a valid work permit for Spain (required) You are open-minded and looking for a job abroad What should you expect from living on the sunny island of Fuerteventura?
