Director de IT

Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer) • Develop and manage opportunities to standardize processes, integrate multiple business/regulatory requirements, and extend information availability within SAP and other technical issues. • Design IT Road map for the mid-long term of the company including development of systems, people structure and other tools. • Implementing and enforcing security protocols and processes at all levels of the organization, including physical, software, project management and other areas. • Be responsible of following up and monitoring the implementation of these security policies and processes at corporate level. • Risk management for any day-to-day activity. • Work as a main contact for internal development and external service providers. • Guarantee the information security compliance. • Security training and security awareness as a Security Expert. • Lead the security audit processes implemented in the different projects. • Develop new procedures and support the roll out to our worldwide internal and external business partners. • Collect business needs, attend to new processes, or process improvements required by business and propose new improvements and solutions. • Establish Key User networks across the business: Work closely with Key Users to ensure strong coordination of best practice, unified processes, and initiatives. • Develop his/her team in order to build a strong team able to support the IT area. • Oportunidad de crecimiento profesional|Empresa industrial e internacional con sede en Castellón A successful IT Director should have: • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. Others degrees in Busines (MBA...) will be very valued. • At least 10 years of experience working in consultancy and/or industry. • Proven experience in an IT leadership role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector. • Strong knowledge of data analysis, budgeting and business operations. • Knowledge of SAP basis. • Superior technological skills, with an emphasis on strategic planning and development. • English is a must.
