Our Mission As a Quality Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, championing, and maintaining quality standards and practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality iGaming products in collaboration with our cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a proactive and seasoned quality professional who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement across the end to end of the product development lifecycle. A deep understanding of the iGaming industry is desirable, as your insights and experience will be crucial in tailoring and evolving our Quality strategy in alignment with both industry standards and business domain and needs.   What you'll do Quality Leadership Provide strategic leadership in the quality landscape, defining and leading robust strategies to built-in quality across the product development lifecycle. Provide leadership and direction for the quality engineering team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and adherence to quality standards. Support the definition of quality targets as part of our product portfolio health and platform evolution strategy.   Continuous Improvement Mentor the team of quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, improvement and excellence. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Continuously evaluate and optimize quality workflows for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and adaptability. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues, conducting thorough root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures. Promote implementation of agile principles across the product development lifecycle.   Collaboration with Cross Functional Teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agile quality principles and practices seamlessly into the product development lifecycle. Participate in the end to end product development lifecycle of our products to identify and address potential quality gaps and opportunities. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Participate on POCs to evaluate new technologies that can be adopted by our teams following industry agile quality principles.   What you'll bring Quality Expertise Extensive experience in the quality landscape with a track record of implementing effective quality strategies. In-depth knowledge of quality methodologies, tools, and best practices in the industry. Deep understanding on how to apply the agile quality principles to modern product development. Strong experience in Agile, Lean and DevOps principles like CI/CD. A passion for product development processes, methodologies and technologies.   Leadership and Collaboration Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate and mentor a team of quality engineers.   Analytical Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.   Technical Proficiency Strong experience with different approaches and phases of quality. Strong experience in NFR testing including performance, security and scalability. Strong experience/knowledge of testing technologies, automation frameworks and software engineering.   Continuous Learning and Innovation Proactive in staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the quality landscape. Ability to introduce innovative approaches to enhance the overall quality of iGaming products. Passion for continuous improvement, with a critical view in current processes and excellence. Ability to initiate, recognise, and manage change.
