Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Director will be: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success. Recruiting seasonal and permanent sales representatives and assuring their needed management, onboarding, and training. Identify and cultivate key client relationships, driving new business opportunities. Conduct thorough market analysis to stay abreast of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities. Regularly conducting collective training sessions as per the team's needs. Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: Full fluency in English in both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in an additional language like Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus) Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Excellent sales skills, highly energetic and personable, both with clients and colleagues, with a deep understanding of sales. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Extensive knowledge of performance metrics and figures. Resilient under pressure and high-paced working environments.
