We are seeking an experienced business finance person with broad perspective, strategic mindset, high energy and drive to join the EMEA Finance team to grow the business and develop a career in the Group.
In this role you will function as business finance partner to support Iberia business leaders on one segment P&L management and drive business results You will proactively influence and challenge business leaders on key business decisions and advocate facts/data driven decision-making practice. You will provide in-depth financial analysis, bring actionable insights and advise business leaders as finance business partner. You will support business model innovation as a strategic-thinking advisor and contribute to define the direction for new businesses, processes, standards and operational plans.
-Support Iberia one segment leader on financial management to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial objectives. Provide support to Iberia leader on coordination and consolidation and all needed support from business finance.
-Accountable for all financial matters of responsible business including revenue recognition, sales structure, resources allocation, expenses management, sales incentives and assets management.
-Conduct financial planning activities, including monthly forecast, 6 quarter Rolling Forecast, AOP and Strategic Plan.
-Provide in-depth variance analysis, trend analysis and benchmark analysis to business leaders and ensure understanding of business financial performance within management and commercial teams.
-Play a key role in defining spending requirements for the businesses, authorize spending requests and oversee total business expense progression to manage cost on budget or desired target.
-Work closely with team members from headquarters and country controllership team to ensure accurate financials and sound governance on financial matters and play a leading role in change projects.
-Contribute to defining the direction for new businesses, processes, standards and operational plans.
-Work closely with business commercial teams on market model through process ownership of administration and coordination support.
-Keep abreast of therapies/products and geographical market trend. Maintain a high level of awareness of ongoing corporate direction & initiatives.
-Bring insight on business drivers, dynamics and impacts, identify opportunities, challenges and issues and communicate with the management.
-Advise business leaders on business improvement opportunities and follow up with initiative implementation through performance indicator measurement.
-Participate or lead special financial related projects, such as integrations of acquired companies, revenue tracking or metrics to measure the return on investments.
-Support EMEA regional initiatives on operation continuous-improvement and business partnering.

-Bachelor in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Master in Business Administration, or Finance will be a plus.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in finance departments, with at least 3-4 years working as Business Controller/ Sales Controller/ FP&A in an important multinational company.
-The ideal candidate will have experience working in the following sectors: Medical Device, Pharma, FMCG, Wholesale, or similar. They need a candidate with experience in a business model similar to theirs.
-Significant proven track record of strong experience in financial analysis.
-Proven track record of experience in providing financial partnership to the business.
-Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
-Proficiency in financial systems and tools.Financial planning and reporting.
-Strong analytical skill.
-Strong Excel and financial modelling skill.
-Broad perspective and business acumen.
-ERP: experience working with SAP is nice to have, but it is not a must.
-Very high English level is a must.
-Willingness to travel 5-10%.
