From Hays, we are collaborating with a leading telecommunications company in Europe and the US in the opening of their new technological Hub in Valencia.
They are expanding the team looking for experienced Solution Architect to join an international team.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Collaborate in the planning and development of the Architectural Runway for a comprehensive E2E Solution with the Solution and Domain/System Architects.
- Actively assist in the design and guidance of the Continuous Delivery Model & Architecture.
- Establish and aid in defining Non-functional Requirements and the Architecture Enablers to facilitate the Business Objectives in terms of T2M, Scalability, and Business & Software Stability for Fibre Rollout.
- Work alongside System Architects to develop Business & System Capabilities and Features of the entire Cloud Multi-Tenant Architecture.
- Promote Built-in Quality throughout the entire Solution.
- Participate in the Definition, Design, Implementation, Rollout, and Governance of the Architecture Vision.
- Ensure alignment with the Business and Technical Vision and the Domain Transformation Journey (e.g., Decoupling/Cloudification/Automation).
- Create architectural concepts/structures, including the development of technical concepts considering holistic business requirements and implications.
- Lead, communicate, and actively drive the implementation of the Architecture Vision in alignment with various Stakeholders in the Program (Business Owners, SD; PM/PO, the Scrum Teams, STE/RTE, End Users).
- Identify the Solution Space of Business and/or Technical solution options for clearly defined business challenges and scope.
- Define and communicate the Architecture Roadmap of the entire Solution of the projects.
- Provide the development teams with a clear description of the Architecture Requirements and communicate Best Practices on how to proceed.
- Participate in the transfer of know-how within the program and collaborate with other Communities, SDOs, Open Source, etc., to drive the Lead Digital Telco Vision of the company.
You will excel if you possess:
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture (Container Orchestration K8S, Docker, Monitoring & logging, Serverless, AWS); Open APIs; TMF Frameworx (e.g., ODA, TMF Open API); CI/CD, Software Architecture & Design.
- Strong expertise in Micro Service Rest Architecture, DevOps Practices; AIOps.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.
- Experience in the Telecoms Field & Fibre Access Technology.
- Familiarity with the SAFE Agile Framework.
- Proficiency in English at the B2 level or above.
