Supply Chain Analyst who will have the responsibility of performing and supporting various analyses on planning related projects and activities.
The work will be in close collaboration with the Europe & Central Asia Cluster Planning Manager. Responsibilities: 1. Support the Planning Team competence development • Prepare job descriptions, functional competencies review, need for every position, gaps, trainings etc. • Place special focus on running supply chain related projects • Use skill matrices, merging what has been done in all the factories, and then collaborating with Global team in Lund to gather existing material and build new ones. 2. Support the daily management system expansion and standardization • Help on reports available • Propose new tools 3. Support on developing analyses and deployments to the Cluster Material Planning Driver on topics like: • Material deviations follow-up • Inbound cost • Extra-cost • Monthly meetings with suppliers 4. Help improving the Planning recurring KPI deployments and presentations • Cluster Planning Dashboard • Map the need to a Cluster Planning Cockpit Please kindly note that this is a temporary position with fixed term contract for 18 months.
Language and Education:
To be a successful candidate you should have at least a Bachelor Degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration. You are fluent both in written and spoken English.
Professional Skills and Experience:
Should you be a fresh graduate or a young professional you are curious about planning processes like Replenishment, S&OP, Inventory Management, KPI’s and supporting systems. You can gather information by contacting the right stakeholders and finding your way through the systems. You can translate analytic insights and valuable input from your research into concrete, actionable recommendations and you can communicate these findings on the appropriate way depending on the audience. You have good understanding on material planning process and tools. You have good knowledge of logistics flow as well as of Continuous Improvements methods and you know how to apply them. You know about or you are willing to learn general production management, inventory management, supply chain strategies, demand forecasting & capacity planning. Personal Qualifications:
As a person you have strong analytical and leadership skills and you are able to communicate effectively with various groups of stakeholders. You feel comfortable working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams. You have a natural curiosity which drives you to find the best solution and not to be satisfied with the first answer to a question. You can work independently under minimum supervision. You learn fast and are able to apply the learnings in your everyday job quickly. How to apply:
