How you'll make an impact We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technology and Innovation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological advancements within our company. You will spearhead innovation, implement cutting-edge solutions, and oversee our technology infrastructure to support growth. Your focus will be on workflow automation, system optimization, data security, and exploring emerging technologies like AI and machine learning. This position encompasses the following responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead the technology and innovation team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives. Strategic Innovation: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a long-term technology strategy, aligning with company OKRs. Technology Roadmap: Design and implement a scalable roadmap for integrating new technologies and AI solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Identify and translate business needs into innovative technical solutions across all company areas. Process Automation & Optimization: Oversee automation of translation workflows, continuously improving speed, quality, and profitability. Data Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Supplier Management & Budget Oversight: Manage relationships with technology partners and oversee the technology department's budget. Leadership Team Participation: Actively participate in high-level decision-making, providing updates on technology initiatives´ impacts. Performance Metrics & Reporting: Set KPIs for the technology team and report on operational improvements and cost savings. Do you have what it takes to join us on this journey?? Skills Communication: Advanced/fluent English and Spanish skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Expertise in technology strategy and innovation Proficient in project management and process optimization Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and translation management systems Background Proven experience in technology leadership roles Track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Relevant certifications in technology management or project management are a plus Got your interest?
